We hired Picco to do a major remodel of our home and were so pleased with that decision. Having done renovations in the past we understood the process and our previous experiences were not the best. We were introduced to Picco by a friend and from the very beginning were very happy with the level of communication and professionalism. We had brought them on board to provide pricing guidance as we were designing our home and that proved to be a great decision. Vince walked us through the process and he and Kevin met with us numerous times before we finalized the design. Once they went to work everything went the way we were told. Daily communication through their app and weekly calls with Kevin kept us up to date on what was happening. When they found some rotted wood in the wall they informed us right away and had a plan to deal with it. Their team is organized and very pleasant to deal with, great group of guy!

The first time we worked with Picco 2 years ago was on a remodel of a bathroom in our old house. We sold that and bought a new house where we did an extensive renovation that consisted of a large addition, new kitchen, all new bathrooms, new plumbing/electric and HVAC throughout. Just like the first time, they did a great job. Vince and Kevin spent significant time with us upfront going through planning and ensuring we understood what the process was going to be like. They also helped us understand when we needed to make decisions so we had time to plan. Once the work started we had weekly calls with our Project Manager Connor and Vince as well. They were super professional from start to finish and the work came out beautiful. Highly recommend!

We initially hired Picco when our hot water heater went and flooded our entire finished basement. Right from the start we were happy with the level of professionalism and communication from Vince and his team. We were so pleased with the work that we had them come back months later to do a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Highly recommend.
